‘Tonight’s Sky’ at Thacher Visitor Center

Step inside StarLab for a crystal-clear view of thousands of stars, set for our present view of the night sky. Among these twinkling stars, the pictures of the constellations appear; Ursa Major, Queen Cassiopeia, Orion the Hunter, Big Dog, and Little Dipper are among them. These are some of the cast of characters in Star Stories that were first told thousands of years ago. Join educator Chris Grubb and hear stories, learn how the stars move in a predictable pattern across the sky, and find out how to locate the constellations. Register for this program time by calling 518-872-0800.
