The rules and regulations set forth apply to the all registrations and payment services and are incorporated by reference here. By submitting this application, you agree to these terms EXHIBITOR/VENDOR INFORMATION Exhibitor and Vendor information can be found on the website. Remember that this information is subject to change based on venue restrictions and regulations, but all vendors will be notified of any changes. Vendors will receive a copy of the Rules and Regulations upon final payment, and booth selection. WHAT'S INCLUDED Booth rental for the Expo’s duration, 6ft tables, 2 Chairs and 2 free exhibitors passes, your company name and website listed in our directory of exhibitors.   Food Exhibitors: Food Tasting ONLY exhibitors Vendors are prohibited from selling any carbonated beverages/waters or any food at the event as has an agreement with the Albany Capital Center. Food & Beverage Sales / Sampling. Exhibitors are not allowed to sell distribute and sample food and non- alcoholic beverage. These restrictions are to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Albany Capital Center. It is your responsibility to comply with the rules and regulations of Albany County Temporary Food Vendor Permit - please got to more information and application for a permit. All food vendors must provide Product Liability Insurance for sale or distribution of any products (i.e. food, beverages, etc.) at the event.  Each FOOD vendor must provide a certificate of insurance which provides for $1,000,000 Products Liability Insurance.   Failure to meet requirements may lead to removal from the event and no refunds will be provided.   Payment of $225.00 includes electricity. Non- heated food is $160.00 - is due upon signing of this agreement.  Make check payable to Mahogany Connections LLC.  All fees are non-refundable. (alternative payment schedule may be requested by food vendor). No rain/weather refunds will be granted. • Agreement with payment must be received by 7/1/2019. Food Vendors will be limited:
